Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 November 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Teamizio, including the website at teamizio.com, the Teamizio web application and the Teamizio Android and iOS apps (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by SpiderByte Studios ("we", "us").
By creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
1. Our reseller: Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
2. Accounts and organizations
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- An organization is created by its owner. The owner controls billing, seats and cancellation and may appoint admins. Admins and members access the organization as the owner and admins allow.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions, trial and billing
- Teamizio is sold as a monthly subscription priced per seat. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and shown at checkout.
- An organization may purchase between 3 and 100 seats.
- New organizations may start a 7-day free trial for 3 seats. A payment card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and you are charged for the first month.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method at each renewal.
- Seat increases take effect immediately after payment of a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period. Seat decreases take effect from the next renewal.
- We may change prices for future periods. A price change does not apply to your current period and we will give you reasonable notice before it applies to your subscription.
4. Cancellation
The organization owner can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Your organization keeps access until the end of the current paid period or trial, after which it becomes read-only. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you and your members add to the Service, such as tasks, duties, comments and images ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Content only to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to upload Customer Content and for ensuring it is lawful.
After a subscription ends, Customer Content remains available read-only for 90 days, after which it may be deleted. The organization owner may export data and may permanently delete the organization at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by: breaking the law or infringing others' rights; uploading malware or unlawful content; attempting to access other organizations' data or to bypass security, seat limits or billing; reverse engineering the Service except where the law permits; or reselling the Service without our written permission.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we make a change that materially reduces the Service you have paid for, you may cancel and request a refund for the unused part of the current period.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law, giving notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify organization owners in advance. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpiderByte Studios is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
